But to be all "you all need to be like ME" isn't really all that effective. I also think that in the context of a recreational league, calling out individuals in front of the team might not be the most effective thing to do either. If she pulled you aside and said "hey heather, you're dragging it a bit today...run harder" it would probably be better than calling you out in front of everyone.
