I'm dying

Death by throat pain. I have the most swollen throat ever... and pussiest. I open my mouth, and it's white. White from pus. I can barely swallow. It takes about 30 seconds to muster the strength to swallow, and then my face goes into this sour cringed with pain face. It's terrible. This is really really nasty. I hope it goes away. Now.

I was going to call you to see how you were feeling, but I'm guessing that the talking isn't too fun. Hopefully you are taking advantage of the project runway marathon or the 90210 marathon. If you are sick...you might as well.
I hope you are better soon (especially because you are supposed to come here this week)

Do you have tonsulitis? I hope you feel better soon. Tomorrow is Tuesday night dinner and you don't want to miss because you missed last week. Call me or email me if you can't talk.

i hope you feel better soon, that sounds serious though. i have never had puss in my throat but i would imagine it might call for a trip to the doctor.

I did go to the doctor... he said either strep throat or tonsilitis. Boo. And yes, I am watching the project runway marathon. It's a good one. Heidi gets more and more preggers as the season goes on. Pus in the throat? not fun.

I really think there must be a better way to say your throat is full of pus. I had to read that a few times to figure out what you actually meant.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

It really was full of pus though... When the tonsils are swollen, they produce pus, and the pus gets all pussier and it is gross. You must never have had pus in the throat before... It does sound pretty gross though, but not as gross as it really is.

Well, it sounds more like tonsilitis than strep to me, but when I had strep the most amazing pharmacist in the world recommended I drink ice tea slurpees. The tea contains natural antibiotics and the coldness numbs and soothes the throat, it TOTALLY helped me so check your local 7-11 and Mac's!
